T’ai Chi Classes @ FHC!

Join Sean McCann for an introductory class of T’ai Chi. Mr. McCann is a student of t’ai chi ch’uan and Chinese Medicine. He received his BA degree in religious studies from Humboldt State University where he was first introduced to taiji and qigong. Now as a graduate student in Oriental Medicine he has deepened his understanding related to the integration of Asian philosophy and wellness. This initial course will introduce the beginning student to breathing techniques, correct posture, relaxation methods, meditation and balanced movement.

The class will meet at the FHC Monday evenings from 7-8 PM, beginning March 18 and continue throughout the summer. The fee is $10.00 per class.
